After multiple bodybuilding titles through the years now, at 65, I'm proud to have competed at the 2023 NGA Mr. Universe as a drug-free athlete. I've learned so much on this journey, and I owe a lot of my recent success to my friend Jimbo Collins at Gymbos Fitness Center. As a trainer, Jim went above and beyond what I expected out of a trainer. He attended every one of my shows even if it was out of town and even if I was the only of his clients competing. I learned a whole new way of training that was hard and challenging, and is now a part of every one of my workouts!
