I have learned so much from my own personal experiences in natural body building and I use this knowledge everyday when I work with my clients.
When I decided to become seriously involved in the sport of body building, I had no idea it would become a way of life for me. I studied anatomy in college which sparked an interest in nutrition. I believe body builders know more about nutrition and how foods, vitamins, minerals and supplements work with our bodies, than we are given credit for.
When preparing for a competition, we test ourselves beyond reasonable limits. It is an extreme sport that requires extreme preparation. Our diet and exercise programs requires scientific knowledge to understand how our bodies will react to certain changes.
I have learned so much from my own personal experiences in natural body building and I use this knowledge everyday when I work with my clients. Every time a new client walks through the door of my gym, I get excited about the idea of helping them learn about nutrition and exercise and how this knowledge can help them live a better, healthier life.
