At 50 years old, I never imagined I’d be lifting weights and building strength like I am today. 

While I’ve been strength training for years, I’m certain I couldn’t have achieved these results without Gymbo’s expertise and guidance. When I first started, my goal was to transform my glutes and legs while improving my overall health. This was my first time working with a trainer, and I was a bit intimidated.
